Health benefits of BBQ

Whatever we eat our mothers be worried about us. why won’t they be worried it’s the world full of unhealthy food and be honest who doesn’t love junk food? I personally love them I don’t know about others. since childhood I have been a foodie my love for food has only increased with the passing years of my life now that I no more live with my family my mom often calls me about my whereabouts and about what have I eaten and as I be busy my life is full of junk food but you know what I love the most ? grilled meat and it’s very much healthy, you don’t trust me, right?

Even my mom doesn’t so this article is for everyone who doesn’t trust me with this statement.

People these days want to eat a lot but don’t want to get fact , people who want to eat and don’t want to get fat BBQ was invented for you . no I’m not making fun of you the thing with BBQ is that you get less fat to eat basically the fat in your meat drips off while you grill from the grates .

Vegetarians would be thinking that I have forgotten them but nopal I haven’t the good news is that grilling vegetables is good for us basically vegetables continue to have their vitamins and even minerals when they are a grill.

My dad loves grilling as he is a busy man he only gets a Sunday by himself and he loved spending his time with me and grilling is like his hobby when I was a little kid he use to grill meat and vegetables and play with me all together.
